Overview
The NZTI kidney/pancreas division meets weekly on Mondays to discuss the candidacy of patients pursuing a kidney or kidney/pancreas transplant. During this meeting we also discuss any living donors that are in the process of evaluation to donate a kidney.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe and recognize patient barriers encountered when treating this patient cohort.
  2. Apply and demonstrate increased competence when treating kidney transplant patients.
  3. Apply and demonstrate increased competence when dealing with paired donation cases
  4. Apply and demonstrate competence when dealing with living donation cases.
  5. Apply and utilize knowledge to improve patient outcome.
  6. Apply and utilize knowledge to improve performance in practice

Accreditation

The INTEGRIS Health System is accredited by the Oklahoma State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
