The goal of QAPI activities is to improve the overall quality of life and quality of care and services delivered to MCS and IACC patients.

1. Enhance the knowledge base of physicians and allied health professionals in order to achieve the best possible outcome for MCS patients
2. In-depth discussion of adverse events and root causes analysis in order to determine best practices to eliminate adverse events.
3. Discuss, develop and refine quality metrics that are beneficial to understanding and tracking progress within MSC and IACC.

The INTEGRIS Health System is accredited by the Oklahoma State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The INTEGRIS Health System designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The Presenters/Planners and CME Planning and Review Committee have no relevant financial relationships to disclose. CME Department has reviewed the speakers' information and has resolved all conflicts of interest, if applicable.

INTEGRIS Health is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s commission on accreditation.  This activity has been provided through INTEGRIS Health for 1.00 contact hours if all sessions are attended.
