The 14th Annual Statewide Stroke Conference is designed to provide physicians and other healthcare professions with the most up-to-date information which will assist them in optimizing patient outcomes by applying concepts learned in the assessment and medical management of patients with acute stroke symptoms. Recent advances in stroke care and updated recommendations for practice will be reviewed.

Registration is required.  There is no fee for registering.

The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites located at 3233 Northwest Expressway, Oklahoma City.  A block of rooms has been reserved for those wishing to stay at the hotel.

The INTEGRIS Health System is accredited by the Oklahoma State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The INTEGRIS Health System designates this Live Activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The Presenters/Planners and CME Planning and Review Committee have no relevant financial relationships to disclose. CME Department has reviewed the speakers' information and has resolved all conflicts of interest, if applicable.

INTEGRIS Health is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's commission on accreditation.  This activity has been provided through INTEGRIS Health for 7.00 contact hours if all sessions are attended.
