  •  To create an account, click the "Don't have an account?" link on that page.
  • To reset your password, click “Forgot your password?” on that page.

 To access an account using your INTEGRIS email

  •  Please click the "Sign in with INTEGRIS User ID" link below.
  • Enter your INTEGRIS network username and password. 
  • Confirm with the Imprivata app on your cell phone.
  •  If you need to reset your password for your Integris Health email address:
